WE CANNOT EXPRESS HOW UTTERLY OVER THE MOON WE ARE RIGHT NOW... SO MUCH SO WE'VE FORGOTTEN TO TAKE CAPS LOCK OFF (oooops)

La Vie Jolie has been voted HD Brow Salon of the month, and we have also been voted Stylists of the month. This is a huge achievement for us, HD Brows is our absolute favourite treatment, so to be honoured in this way is just beyond amazing.

Kate Worthington-Carroll and Laura Farmer are the founders and co-owners of La Vie Jolie Beauty Clinic in Longbarn Village, Warwickshire. Their joint passion for beauty started with make up and they then went on to train with the best names in the industry, and their latest addition to their ever growing portfolio is, of course, HD Brows! 

Together they have transformed artists in music videos, advertising and fashion shoots, including a shoot for Burberry, dramas including Grange Hill, makeup on the cast of Hollyoaks, film, including Tormented, editorials, marketing launches and a-list Weddings. La Vie Jolie Beauty Clinic have a dedicated brow bar area within their clinic, the perfect setting to have your brows transformed. Well done Kate & Laura, you're doing the HD Brows brand proud!

Manicure table MONSTROSITIES

OK where do we start on the subject of Manicure tables... Let's just get straight to the point, they're bloody hideous, ALL OF THEM!! It's either plastic, wood effect straight from the 60's, or just fat and chunky like a big old monkey. This was the dilemma we were faced with whilst shopping for the perfect elegant Rococo/Shabby Chic style table that would be the right fit with our other salon furniture. We soon realised it would be easier getting Michelle Obama in for a facial than it would be finding an attractive table.

AND AND AND the most important thing we totally forgot to say... they sell from anywhere between £250-£1500 that's one thousand five hundred Great British pounds if you thought you'd just had a eye spasm!!!!

So what are two girls to do, that don't except anything other than perfection?... They get it hand made that's what. So we called upon the expertise of Andy, owner of AMF Building Solutions ( Here's his number before you bombard us 07788724567  )

We have been best friends since the age of five & have recently opened our own Beauty Clinic. After years working our butts off for other people, doing jobs that didn't cut the mustard in the happy life department, if you know what we're saying. Then one day we had an epiphany whilst getting our nails done (Enter Angels singing) "WHY don't we do this kinda stuff ourselves"? We had both trained as Make-up artists after leaving school and went on to become the best flight attendants EVER. We know... we went slightly off course there. Once you have Shellac you'll never go back

So Shellac thinks its the pimp daddy of nail polishes... 

AND we can't argue with it. Who wouldn't want  a colour that lasts up to 2 weeks without chipping or losing shine & shimmer. They are hard and do not scratch. Gone are the temper tantrums after you chip or smudge your freshly done manicure. When it comes time to take them off the nail, it is as easy as 1, 2, 3 & does not damage the nail itself. We're p*ssed we didn't find Shellac sooner.
